Senior independent investigators appointed by the Human Rights Council alleged on Tuesday that Israel's actions in Gaza constitute genocide. 

UN Independent Commission of Inquiry on the Occupied Palestinian Territory including East Jerusalem and Israel, urged Israel and all countries to fulfil their obligations under international law to 'end the genocide' and punish those responsible.

Minerals and precious earths draft proposes to establish 'a reconstruction investment fund with joint US and Ukraine ownership'. 

Mining of minerals takes time - about 18 years - and is capital intensive. US expects Ukraine to mobilise it's own funding. 

This draft is a doorway to a permanent, commercial US presence, in Ukraine.

A ploy to arm twist nomination for Nobel Peace Prize, and make Zelenskyy a mannequin like Hamid Karzai of Afghanistan.

Arab proposal

The Arab proposal aims to rebuild Gaza for it's 2.4 million inhabitants, who have endured more than 15 months of devastating conflict. 

European governments are giving their backing.
