All prophets, all institutions who have come to bring the Divine word to men, have on one point at least, given an identical teaching.

That the greatest truths are sterile; unless they are transformed through us into useful actions. All have proclaimed the necessity of living their revelation in daily life. All have declared, that they show us the path, but that we must tread it ourselves. No being, however great, can do our work in our stead.

For those who are satisfied with the world as it is, Auroville obviously has no reason to exist. The yoga for tomorrow is to find the Divine in work and in relation to the world.
